For those players who use the English Version of the Emergency 4, you should change the language folder in order to not have strange names. 

HOW TO PROCEED :

- Extract the mod.

- Extract the "lang patch" rar.

- Move the extracted "Lang" folder to the mod and change all the files that are inside.
